Q. Is this paintball?

This is definitely not paintball. You aren’t going to feel the sting from the Modern Mission Laser Tag Equipment. We provide an outdoor/indoor experience that is unlike anything you have done before.

If you are looking to take it to the next level we highly recommend you check out our outdoor Airsoft field which has you using plastic BB’s with even more realistic rifles and gear (We recommend long sleeve shirts/pants for Airsoft).

How much does it cost?

Our pricing can be found by choosing the type of Group/Event you are interested in or by visiting our Open Sessions tab. You can also click “Reserve Now”  to reserve your time. If you need a time or something that isn’t listed there, send us an email.

What are the rules for the deposit?

Deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 7 days notice you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next two months. Any party cancelled with less than 7 days will forfeit their deposit. We will work with you on rain delays and will not count that as a cancellation.

I made a deposit, what happens if it rains?

We will work with you on a replacement date for the event or try to move you indoor should we have space available. Please keep in mind that we do not have an indoor option for airsoft. There is usually a 2 – 3 day warning when weather is looking bad. If you start to have concerns, get in touch with us and we can work to come up with the solution. Typical NWA weather, rain moves in and out quickly.

What should I wear to play outdoor laser tag?

Players should wear clothes that they do not mind getting dirty. All players should wear sneakers, or comfortable hiking footwear. Open toed shoes or sandals are NOT allowed on the field of play. We also recommend long pants versus shorts to prevent scratches from bushes and if you are playing Airsoft. Bright colors are not recommended as you will be seen easier. Camo is the color of choice at Modern Mission!

Modern Mission is located at 3484 E. Joyce Blvd in Fayetteville, AR. Go to our Locations page to see a map and download directions.

What is the minimum age to play?

Our missions are objective-based and our gear is a bit more involved than traditional laser tag; therefore, we require players to be ages 7+ (for our Outdoor and Indoor laser tag). All Airsoft players need to be at least 10+ in order to play. All Advanced Tactical players need to be at least 12+ in order to play. All Axe Throwing Players need to be at least 13+ to play.

Can I play with my child?

Provided we have space in the session, absolutely. You will be charged for any extra players (adult or child) that want to play and are issued a weapon.

If I schedule a group or party will we be the only ones on the field?

No, unless you schedule a private event. However, we are often able to match groups by similar ages and/or group size. This makes for a super exciting battle.

Our school is looking for a fundraiser. Does Modern Mission do fundraisers?

Modern Mission is a tremendous attention-getter for any fundraiser or event. People take notice and will stop to find out more details when they see a large battlefield. Give us a call or email ( info@ModernMission.com ) if you would like to discuss.
