The SmartMag powers each Modern Mission Advanced Tactical weapon and acts as the brain of the system, allowing it to fire. The SmartMag keeps track of ammunition and comes in two versions, standard and silenced. The standard mag contains a CO2 cartridge, which creates live noise and recoil in each weapon. The silenced mag eliminates the recoil and muffles the firing sound to allow a player to quietly sneak up on his or her opponent to get the perfect shot.
